4.本项目为远程电子开标，供应商需提前做好有关设施、设备配置安装准备工作。开标当天，供应商需提前安装CA签章客户端，并运行CA证书，登录智慧云平台通过“新供应商开标大厅”进行开标签到、投标（响应）文件解密及报价确认。各供应商需要确保电脑已安装电子签章插件，否则无法解密和签章，由供应商自行承担后果。
